Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions below.
Eligibility & Timeframe
Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached.
Items showing signs of wear, odours, washing, damage, or missing tags will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Step 1

At this stage, you will be directed to the appropriate channel, either for an exchange or for a return with refund.
Step 2
After contacting us, you will receive a Return Form.
Step 3
A separate form must be completed for each product you wish to return or exchange.
Step 4
Complete the form with the required details so we can correctly identify the item(s) and process your request.
Step 5
Once your request has been reviewed, you will receive the return instructions and the address of our warehouse in São Paulo, Brazil.
Step 6
Send the item securely packaged.
Step 7
After shipping the return, simply provide proof of postage so we can process your refund immediately.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
