To request a return or exchange, please contact support@client-group.com. You will be directed to the appropriate channel and receive a separate form for each product you wish to return or exchange.
Refunds can be requested within 30 days of delivery. Once the return has been shipped, simply send us proof of postage and your refund will be processed immediately in our system.
