Return policy
We understand that receiving something unexpected can be disappointing. That’s why we’re here for you every step of your purchasing journey, including returns and exchanges!
We have a 30-day Return Policy, meaning you have up to 30 days from the date you received all items in your order to initiate a return request.
Please note:
• Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
• Only after the returned item is received, will a full refund be processed.
HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN?
Step 1: Please contact us at info@weston-london.com or use our Contact Form, specifying the item(s) you wish to return, the order number, reason for return, and a photo of the item in its current state. If there are quality issues, provide images showing the exact defective parts of the item and its tag.
Step 2: We will assess your eligibility for return.
Step 3: If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Step 4: Once the returned items have been received at our warehouse, we will process the refund within 5 working days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the return is completed.
WHAT ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED?
All items must be unworn and in their original condition, with the original packaging and all tags attached. Items not meeting these criteria will not be accepted.
• Products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.
• The following categories cannot be returned: bodysuits, swimwear, lingerie, hosiery, socks, and accessories. We prioritize the health and safety of our customers and cannot resell intimate items once they have been opened or used.
• Coordinated sets cannot be refunded or exchanged separately.
• If your order was paid with Store Credit only, please note all products will be Final Sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
CONDITIONS NOT CONSIDERED DEFECTIVE IN QUALITY:
• Returns due to size issues do not constitute quality problems. Please allow for 2-3 cm discrepancy from the measurements displayed on our size chart due to manual measurement errors. Please refer to our size chart to make purchasing decisions, as our support team can only offer recommendations.
• Loose threads, raw edges, slight fabric imperfections, and color differences due to monitor variations are not considered quality issues.
• Returns due to dissatisfaction with styles, colors, fit, and changes in personal preferences are not considered quality issues.
• Damage due to use, washing, improper maintenance, self-repair, alterations, or other human factors are not considered quality issues.
• Due to design and style differences among items, there may be slight variances between different items of the same size. Please refer to the actual measurements.
WHERE IS MY REFUND?
Refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days from the receipt of the returned package at our warehouse. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
• If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 5 working days of receiving the return or cancellation request. Contact the card-issuing bank for questions regarding when the credit will be posted to your account.
• If you paid via PayPal or other online payment providers, refunds will be credited to PayPal or your chosen online payment method within 5 working days of receiving the return or cancellation request. Contact the online payment provider for questions regarding when the refund will be reflected in your account.
• If your order was paid with Store Credit only, please note all products will be Final Sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
• The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
• Do NOT ship items to the return sender address on the package. This is not the return address and will delay the processing of your return and refund.
• Items must be shipped back to our warehouse in China with the corresponding tracking code.
• Ensure no non-Weston London items are accidentally included in the return package. We are not responsible for returning such items.
• Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
• Weston London is not liable for failed delivery attempts due to customer negligence, including refusal of shipment confirmation and use of a traceable shipping method, as well as incorrect recipient information (such as order address, contact number, or recipient name). In such cases, we will be unable to issue a refund for you.
